What is a letter spacing generator?
A letter spacing generator rebuilds your text with a space after every character, the classic a e s t h e t i c styling. Existing runs of whitespace collapse to one space first, so the rhythm stays even across word gaps. Because the output is plain ASCII spacing rather than special characters, nothing can fail to render: it looks identical in a Twitch title, a Soundcloud track name or an email subject line.
How to use the Letter Spacing
- 1 Supply the phrase to spread out.
- 2 Single spaces slot in between the characters.
- 3 Copy the widened text.
- 4 Try it as a stream title, track name or header.
What you can use it for
- Setting an airy, minimal tone in a bio.
- Spacing out a title or header in plain text.
- Styling captions for a minimal look.
- Stretching a short phrase or name for effect.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to spaces already in my text?
Consecutive whitespace collapses to a single space before the new gaps go in, keeping the rhythm even instead of leaving double-width holes mid-phrase.
Why use plain spaces instead of wide characters?
Ordinary U+0020 spaces render identically on every platform, never trip spam filters, and can be stripped back out with a find-and-replace. Fullwidth or em-space tricks fail on more systems.
Can readers still tell where words end?
Barely, since word gaps end up close to letter gaps. One or two words work best; capitalising each word’s first letter helps readers regroup anything longer.
